How to use

It is preferable to take the recommended daily dose, or increased according to needs, away from main meals, i.e. at breakfast or during snacks.

You can taste the creamy goodness!! Unbelievably good protein powder, taste really creamy and mixed really well with just a few shakes. Fast delivery to the Republic of Ireland and well packaged in a nice strong box with logo(pic). I like to add to my shake filtered water a teaspoon of M.C.T oil and dried organic blueberry powder. Thanks very much and no hesitation to order again!!!

Quelle a gusto neutro sono spettacolari! La prossima volta le prenderò sicuramente. Anche il classico gusto cioccolato è buonissimo. Non esiste se volete un prodotto di ottima qualità. Ciao sono Francy Ho preso tutte le varianti monodose e le abbiamo assaggiate in palestra per capire com'era il gusto avendo visto molta pubblicità e ci siamo trovati tutti d'accordo sono spettacolari hanno quel sapore di latte genuino se chiudi gli occhi sembra di assaporare una mozzarella, invece quelle a cioccolato sembra di bere latte e Nesquik. In genere utilizzo poche marche di proteine perché mi portano problemi queste invece no sono buonissime e si digeriscono subito senza lasciare quel senso di pesantezza . Spero che al di fuori delle proteine facciano altri prodotti come barrette ecc. mantenendo sempre la stessa qualità. Grazie mille serviva un po' di qualità italiana in questo mondo di prodotti chimici esteri prodotti con materie di basso livello che la maggior parte delle volte scegliamo per il prezzo basso.
